Thank you for considering becoming a member of Hazel’s Prayer Inc.
Who is a member?
Members are a group of individuals who take on the responsibility of electing board members and voting on changes to the organization’s bylaws and other matters of importance at annual members" meetings (AGM) and other special meetings called by the board. Companies and organizations are not eligible to become members; only individuals are permitted to join.

● Find purpose by giving back
Members are essential to the operation of our organization. They help Hazel’s Prayer Inc. stay focused on its goals and purpose by voting on important matters. Participation occurs through attending member meetings that make decisions and provide guidance for the organization’s growth and development.
Membership Requirements
Membership shall consist only of those individuals who:
i. are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
ii. are interested in furthering Hazel’s Prayer Inc.'s vision, mission, objectives, and values;
iii. agree in writing to abide by the Letters Patent, By-laws, and policies of the Organization;
iv. pay the applicable annual membership fee established by the Board of Directors (BOD), as set out in the Operating By-laws of the organization; and
v. apply for and are admitted as an Annual Member by the BOD
You can apply to be a member at any time of the year for a nominal fee of $100 per person (subject to change by BOD). Membership fees assist the organization to cover administrative costs. Your membership will expire on July 17th at midnight of the following calendar year. If you apply for membership after the anniversary date, your membership fee will be prorated to the anniversary date.
Membership fees can be paid via e-transfer membership fee to: hazelsprayer.inc@gmail.com
Once your membership expires, you are required to renew it if you wish to continue to participate in membership activities.
Your Membership Application
Membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors, as stated in the General Operating By-laws. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation of your membership status. Approved applicants will then be invited to activities and have voting rights.
